How long is the shelf life of the product?

One year.

Does it need to be refrigerated once opened?

No. Just store away from direct sunlight.

Can I keep it in the fridge anyway?

Yes.

Can I take it with me overseas?

Yes, it has a tamper free peel-off seal which keeps it protected and maintains freshness.

Return & Refund Policies:

If you are not satisfied with your purchase of any of The Brittle Co. products, please contact us and lodge a request to return the product for an exchange or refund detailing the issues you have with the product.

Please ensure that you lodge this request within 30 days of receiving your parcel. Please do not return any item without contacting us first with all details. All items are to be returned in the original box or packaging. If you return an item for refund, it will be refunded based on your original method of payment.

When returning a product please ensure:

  • Original packaging & boxes are used
  • All items included in the parcel are returned at the same time.

Also note that The Brittle Co. does not permit the return or exchange of any item that has been damaged, opened or used.

If your return is not due to The Brittle Co.'s error, we will deduct shipping costs from your refund.

Note: The Brittle Co. recommends that you use a courier to return the product as you will be responsible for any loss or damage to the product during shipping.
