In June 2008 The Brittle Co. was formed. The only product in the range was the very popular Peanut Brittle. It came in 2 sizes, the smaller jar (100g) and the larger jar (200g). It was a huge success, and in three months, were available in over 100 stores and delis statewide. As the months went by, it became more apparent that there was a demand in the markets for other types of nuts; so on April 2009 we launched three new types: Macadamia, Cashew and Almond Brittle.
